Description
Dulce Verde is a 270 m² residence located in Jacó, Costa Rica, conceived as a contemporary architecture that adapts to the natural topography of the site and the surrounding tropical landscape. The project is organized into different volumes connected through terraces, walkways, and open spaces that create a constant relationship between interior and exterior environments. The house takes advantage of the slope of the terrain to generate different levels that frame views toward the surrounding vegetation. Large glazed surfaces, spacious terraces, and an elevated pool become the central elements of the project, creating living and relaxation spaces oriented toward the landscape. The material palette combines lightweight structure, wood, and contemporary elements that bring warmth and visual lightness. The result is a modern residence that prioritizes spatial experience, natural ventilation, and integration with the natural environment of Jacó.
