Henaway House is a 100 m² residence located within the Portasol community, designed with a simple and efficient architecture that integrates with the natural surroundings. The project prioritizes the relationship between interior and exterior spaces through generous openings, terraces, and areas that allow residents to enjoy the surrounding tropical landscape. Its compact scale responds to a functional design strategy that optimizes each space while maintaining a sense of openness and connection with nature. The architecture uses durable materials and clear volumetry adapted to the region’s humid tropical climate. The result is a contemporary, lightweight home well integrated into the landscape of Portasol.
