Description
LP11 is a small commercial center of 270 m² located in Los Pinos, Pérez Zeledón, designed in 2025 as a contemporary proposal focused on optimizing land use while maximizing the building’s commercial flexibility. The project is organized into two clearly differentiated levels: a ground floor dedicated to warehouse-style or service-oriented commercial spaces, and an upper level designed for more open and visible retail areas. The architecture is defined by a clear horizontal volume where the upper level appears to float above the more solid base of the building. This composition creates shade, protects entrances, and strengthens the project's identity within its urban context. The material palette combines metal panels, dark structural elements, and light surfaces to create a contemporary, restrained, and functional expression. Overall, LP11 proposes an efficient and flexible commercial architecture designed to accommodate different types of businesses while maintaining a strong and organized architectural presence.
