Description
Hoyon Towers is a contemporary residential complex composed of two apartment buildings located in El Hoyón, Pérez Zeledón. The project is conceived as a modern architectural composition that explores the layering of volumes, materials, and textures to create a strong and recognizable identity. Each tower contains three residential levels with a total of six apartments, organized to maximize natural lighting, cross ventilation, and views toward the surrounding greenery. The volumetric composition is defined by projecting frames that highlight windows and balconies, creating depth and movement in the façade. Materials contrast smooth surfaces with dark metallic panels and linear details that reinforce the contemporary character of the project. The result is a modern residential proposal that is compact, expressive, and well integrated into the urban and natural context of Pérez Zeledón.
